Property is very well maintained and the owner provides so many accommodations for guests. The location is great- only a few blocks away from guest. Plus the life guard is close by to beach block. We had a great vacation. The outside patio was such a perfect place to relax. ~Nicole R.
Michael , was very easy to deal with and efficient. The house was immaculate but a little smaller than I thought it would be. The kitchen was well equipped and it was easy to find everything. We had a beautiful week weather wise. The street was a little busier than I would have liked but it was very easy to get to the beach and I wouldn’t hesitate to go back. ~Pat H
"My family and I rented this property on fairly short notice. Our son had a three-day weekend and wanted to go birding in Cape May and Brigantine, so OC was a good in-between location. The property is very cozy and comfortable. The master bedroom is a little tight with its king bed, but that's a minor quibble. The main living area is very inviting, especially the dining area, and the front porch is a comfy place to hang out. The big plus for me was Mike, the property owner. Mike was very helpful as I fumbled to open the key safe. He was also very accommodating in adjusting the thermostat temperatures, and very flexible in allowing me to check out an hour later than normal owing to a business call scheduled on very short notice on Monday morning. I highly recommend renting with Mike, and I think you'll find the Lilypad will more than meet your needs! ~Ed J.
"We stayed at the Lilypad for a long weekend after labor day and had the best time! We were a short bike ride or drive from the restaurants/attractions at 34th street where we went often! Michael's home was perfect for us. We spent a lot of time relaxing, reading and playing games on the front porch where there is a very comfortable collection of patio furniture.
